SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer a variety of shipping options. Those available to you will be displayed, along with corresponding cost, during the checkout process.  Below are descriptions and estimated timing for each service we currently offer.  Remember, transit times are estimated. Sometimes deliveries are delayed due to weather or other things outside of our control.  But hey, your package might come earlier too!

All delivery methods now come with tracking, which is emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Shipping cost will depend on your order and final destination. Actual costs will be displayed in shopping cart. 

 

DELIVERY METHODS

REMEMBER - BUSINESS DAYS ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY

DOMESTIC STANDARD (4-7 BUSINESS DAYS TRANSIT TIME)

Orders for in-stock items will process for shipment within 48 hours of placing your order. Orders containing any custom items will process for shipment within 2-5 business days of placing the order. Note, all items in order will ship together. Items ship via DHL, a service which partners with USPS for residential delivery. Tracking via USPS delivery confirmation is provided and can be used at http://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/.

DOMESTIC PRIORITY (2-5 BUSINESS DAYS TRANSIT TIME)

Orders for in-stock items will process for shipment within 48 hours of placing your order. Orders containing any custom items will process for shipment within 2-5 business days of placing the order. Note, all items in order will ship together. Items ship via DHL, a service which partners with USPS Priority Mail for final delivery. Tracking via USPS delivery confirmation is provided and can be used at http://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/. 

 

INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY (5-12 BUSINESS DAYS TRANSIT TIME)

Orders for in-stock items will process for shipment within 48 hours of placing your order. Orders containing any custom items will process for shipment within 2-5 business days of placing the order. Note, all items in order will ship together. This international service utilizes DHL Global Mail methods to deliver packages internationally, with final delivery left to the destination country's national carrier.  Tracking and delivery confirmation provided and can be used at http://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/. Orders must have a contact email or phone number associated with the shipping address. This delivery window is purely an estimate.  It's possible for packages to get stuck in customs for a week or long.  We are sorry, but once the package has started it's oversees journey, we can not affect it's delivery date.
